TRANSPORTATION

Please, give us precise information conc. with Your arrivals (especially flights and travels by trains) as soon as possible after closing date of entries.
It helps us arrange the whole transportation to pick up groups from the airport and train station.

REDUCED NUMBER OF COMMING GUESTS

Please, give us some notify, if only amount of visitors is going to be changed. It will help us currently modify the whole reservation at the hotel.

If Your national team would be reduced and You wouldn't inform us about it, we will have to demand payments even for visitors who wouldn't come.

Deadline for registration: 04 March 2012.

STATUS OF EVENT and RESULTS

Please note, that only results from IPC Shooting licensed athletes will be taken into consideration for the Qualification list and only for the events that are included on the Paralympic Programme.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ATHLETE PER EVENT PER NPC

The maximum of number of entries per event per NPC allowed at the World Cup is unlimited. However, in case of insufficient firing points this number may be restricted by IPC Shooting.

CONDUCT OF COMPETITION

The World Cup competition must be conducted according to the current ISSF/IPC Shooting Rules and Regulations at that time.

ANTI-DOPING CONTROL

Please be informed, that during competiotion Polish Commission Against Doping in Sport will be watching over the right course of events and the same will be taking sample collections.

WEAPON AND AMMUNITION

All participants have to bring their own weapon and ammunition and transport it in their own.

We are unable to write a permission for carriage, but for Your request we can prepare documents confirming Your participate in competition and the destination of using those weapons.

INSURANCE

We kindly instruct, that we prepare a basic insurance for our guests, but in a time of lasting the competition - it means form 10^th to 16^th of April 2012.

We aren't liable for Your travel experience, like also we don't insure Your luggage.
